Great great customer service. After calling in a different window replacement vendor and receiving what might be THR WORST customer service ever, we called in River City Windows to see what they could do. We needed replacement windows for our whole house. That was one of the best decisions we could have made. All the way from the consultation to the eventual installation, these guys are great. Lower prices and careful meticulous workmanship? So happy we went with them.
David and Daniel were great! First of all, they were punctual, they came on time. they were very respectful, in the manner of introducing themselves as well as respectful in taking off their shoes. I couldn't be happier in the way they replaced 3 windows in our master's bedroom. The job was neatly done! They did an excellent work! We had a great experience with River City Windows. From the initial quote to installation took 5 weeks, which exceeded our expectations. We ordered 8 windows, a patio slider door, and a front door. Dimitry and Andre did excellent work removing the old windows/doors while taking care not to damage the stucco...and installed the new windows/doors, all in one day. Wow this company was fantastic and easy to work with. Simple basement window upgrade. They held my hand through the whole process and I got exactly what I wanted. Cheapest quote I got and their workmanship was great. They replaced the old framing and it looks brand new! They even painted everything for me. I am so pleased with the final outcome that I'm getting a quote for another window in our house.

The entire River City Windows team is top notch and I love that they are family run and family focused. From our first visit with Mike to the install and subsequent visits, the team really stands behind their work, which was much more comprehensive and less expensive than other quotes we got. We had aluminum windows from the 80's that were in desperate need of upgrade so the team replaced the windows and all surrounding trim. The window install was much faster than I had anticipated and they are BEAUTIFUL. Initially, the trim work was not done to the same quality as the windows. The team was amazing at correcting this for us, making other above-and-beyond improvements, making everything perfect in the end. Any company that can admit work should have been completed "better" and take quick action to correct, is 10/10 in my book. I would recommend River City for any window needs!

They showed up on time, left the house in good condition, and were very nice people. The windows look great and we’re very happy with their service. We haven’t had the windows long so I can circle back and leave an updated review after a year to see how the window hold up during the raining season and if there are any leaks or not.

The process of replacing all of the windows in the house was new to me. I got 3 quotes including one from River City Windows. After learning the process and the warranty on several brands I decided that we would get the Milgard windows. The price from River City Windows was very competitive.The process was easy.#1. They come out to see the job and give a quote.#2. Second visit, confirm measurements and style. They confirm commitment and ordered the windows.#3. The windows took about 5 weeks to fabricate. They came and installed them in two days.The three man crew that came out was fantastic. After introduction they promptly went to work. They laid down tarps throughout the house, moved furniture, and removed existing blinds. They then reinstalled all blinds and washed all of the new windows.The installers were kind to my two yappy dogs, making sure they did not run for the hills when they went inside and out.Although I don't expect that I will need window replacement any time in the future, they would be my first and only call if I did.

Our house had aluminum windows, which were installed in the early 90’s. Since these windows were almost 30+ years old, they were barely functional for us. In the last two years, they also started to leak during cold or rainy weather and form mold along the window frames. Hence, we planned to replace them all and searched for the best and most affordable contractors available in the area. We got quotes from three different companies, but River City Windows gave us the best option that matched our budget. Geoff and Vadim from River City Windows came over to take measurements and provide estimates. After a few recommendations back and forth, the quote was revised to meet our needs and finalized.Daniel, David, and Dennis came in to install our windows and did a phenomenal job. They were not only efficient and skilled in their work, but also friendly and considerate. We have a ‘NO SHOES INDOORS’ policy, and they were kind enough to wear shoe covers every time they came indoors, which, when working with windows, is not a simple task. They completed the installation of all thirteen windows within 4 hours, although the initial estimated duration was 6–8 hours. We were very pleased with the perfection of their work, but the characteristic that stood out the most was their tidiness. They made sure that the area they worked around was clean from all debris and dust before they left the home. Daniel and David did a tremendous job replacing four frame windows in my home. I initially had metal window frames, so water would leak in and it created mold but they did a tremendous job pushing the mold outside when they put up the new windows. They were fast, professional, and overall did an amazing job, I’m so happy with the final result and I would highly recommend them as well as use them in the future.

I have used river city windows twice in the last few years to replace some old windows that were either broken or not sealing well. I have nothing but positive things to say. Mikhail is very efficient when he comes by for an estimate and doesn’t take more than half an hour to get in and out. On the day of the work, Daniel and David were very prompt and communicative.
