The office staff was always friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist.
The installers (Daniel & the brothers) were a pleasure and did a great job, handling any issues that came up (even multiple times in 1 day).
Lastly, Andrei and the youngest of the brothers have been Amazing with making adjustments I needed after installation. (I installed black windows & they were expanding at night).
Overall, River City is a Fantastic company that provides Excellent service and I highly recommend them 😊 THANK YOU All!!!

Excellent company to work with. The entire process was very smooth and fairly fast. Sales representative, Geoff, was professional and very patient with lots of questions that we had about window installation process. He did not have a sample of the window he recommended with him at first, but he stopped by a few days later with the right sample to show exactly why he recommended it. A few weeks later the exact measurements were done and the windows were ordered. Installation crew, especially Daniel, deserve a special award! Altogether, it took more than twelve hours to get all the windows changed and they work almost the entire time. Super professional and hardworking team! Even though they were tired they did a great job cleaning up. The end result looks awesome and the windows work much better than old windows we had before. Will definitely recommend River City Windows to anybody in the area looking for fast and high quality work at a reasonable price.

The process from beginning to end was smooth. A total of 15 windows and 1 sliding door to be replaced with retrofit windows. On installation day we had a 3 man team of Daniel, Gregory, and Vladimir. They got right to work prepping the area and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. I was happy that they were able to finish the install in one day and kept the house clean and didn’t leave a mess. The windows look great. The real test will come once the first rains hit but I’m confident they will hold up. Highly recommend.

River City Windows in Sacramento, CA was an excellent choice for my new Anlin Catalina windows. They include a white interior and exterior, Sun Matrix solar protection with argon gas, an easy-clean coating, weather-tight seals, and pull-tight cam locks. The screens are so subtle that they are almost invisible, but they are there when needed.
From the first phone call through the finished installation, the River City Windows team was professional, helpful, and friendly. The secretary made a great first impression, and installers Daniel and David brought the same courtesy and care to the project. I had not realized how much effort goes into replacing old, unattractive, inefficient windows, but their meticulous work improved both the outside of my home and the rooms where the new windows were installed.
The salesman came to my home, took the initial measurements, and showed me samples from two window brands that could be custom-made to replace my old aluminum-frame mobile home windows. He clearly explained the strengths of each option, which made the decision much easier.
The installation exceeded my expectations and made the project simple and stress-free. Daniel and David worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and hauled away everything that needed to be removed.
I still have six windows to replace in the back half of my home, and I will call River City Windows when I am ready to start that project. I will also request Daniel and David for the installation again.

Had my windows and sliding doors installed by River City on May 19th 2026. Install went well and I have no issues with that. Installers were very nice, and did a good job at cleaning up after themselves. The issues I had was after installation. On May 26th, I sent them an email asking when I was going to receive the Milgard Spring Savings rebate and received no response. On June 1st, I called their office and informed one of the team members that I have not received any information regarding the permit and the lady on the phone said she would email me the permit information. I also asked when will I receive the Milgard Spring Savings Rebate and she said she did not know anything about that but will have the salesman give me a call and explain when I will get the rebate. I did not receive any information for the permit or a call from the salesman. This type of customer service makes me nervous for the future if I ever have any issues with the windows.

River City Windows did an awesome job for me. They came right out and gave me an on the spot bid. I had three windows and two sliding glass doors replaced. It was a bit of a job as they had to also do some dry rot repair as well. The install crew explained how the new sliders would be sealed in properly to prevent future water damage. One window, was simply improperly installed by "a guy" we used when we bought the house. The sliders were just old as they were the original ones. I have more windows to be replaced and they will be the ones to do it. The price was fair and the bid was spot on for what needed to be done. By that I mean there was no "oh wait we didn't see this" when the install was done. The Anlin doors and windows look awsome. Use this company, or at the very least give them a chance to give you a bid and talk to you about your needs.

I had 2 sets of old sliders replaced with Anlin Malibu sliding glass doors. Daniel went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, which was no small task for my old house. I love how much nicer my house looks and they were very professional and friendly. They came all the way out to Isleton to do the work, fixed the issues I had with the opening and made sure to show me how to use and care for my beautiful new windows. I am very impressed with the company and will recommend them to anyone who needs windows.

We had to have multiple old windows replaced in our Rancho Cordova home and did a bunch of research on different options. We ended up with River City Windows as they were reasonably priced, used good quality windows (Milgard) and did not offer the standard pushy salesman style when they came to give us an estimate.
David and Vlad did the actual install. They were extremely respectful of our space, animals and maneuvering around us as we had been working from home during the time of the install. David was great about explaining what to expect, how to register the warranty, etc. Finally, they went above and beyond and reinstalled our blinds which was not expected, but much appreciated.
Overall, the experience was great, and we highly recommend them to anyone in the Rancho Cordova / Sacramento area.

We had River City Windows install our windows in our 1939 home. Being built in 1939 held some challengers however Mikail and crew were able to install new windows which fit perfectly. They were professional and personable to work with. When installation was complete our home was immaculate their clean up is first rate. A few years later we were surprised to learn they also installed doors. We gave them a call and they came out next day and took measurements. Again the challenge was the fact the home was built in 1939 so doors would have to be special ordered. Makail , Wesley and crew came through with what we wanted. Our front entry door is exactly the door we wanted! They also replaced two back doors and one garage entry door. Their work is the best, their customer service is the best. We live in Winters California 95694.

Daniel and Vlad installed 13 windows, several window sills and a slider in our home yesterday. We had high expectations as River City Windows excellent reviews and the assessment & scheduling processes were seamless. Their level of professionalism from all positions was really refreshing as well. At the end of the day, we were blown away. These two gentlemen weren't just highly professional, considerate and friendly but they worked intently and precisely the entire day. They clearly take pride in their work and it showed. Our old windows were an eye sore due to aging and mold buildup around the frames. They felt pretty inefficient as well. Our new windows are now a point of difference in our home. Overall installation looks amazing and the windows seems sturdy and solid. The installers went the extra mile as well. The caulking and sealing is on point and they repaired blemishes around the window frame areas (drywall that was outside their scope of work). The windows and surrounding area absolutely stand out now and, unbelievably, there is no sign of the old mold and other blemishes in all areas worked on by Daniel and Vlad.

River City was outstanding. I was very impressed with the customer service, quick turnaround, price and professionalism. Whenever I called, I was immediately given a response to a question or immediately referred to someone who could. From the first visit to my home by Mikhail, I felt confident in their knowledge and when I received the estimate, which was much more competitive than others for the same product, I made a decision on the spot; the windows were ready to install in a very timely manner after that. When David and Mike showed up to install, they worked non-stop to get the job (my entire house) done in under eight hours, carefully checking themselves along the way and making sure the details were given attention. After the project was complete, David gave me instructions on the warranty and any paperwork, walked me through the house, showing how to work everything, and also how to get information on any follow up issues or questions. I would definitely recommend them!

David, Daniel, and Gregory came to our house and replaced 12 windows. The windows look clean and professional. Anytime, I asked a question, no matter who it was on the team. I could expect a long answer. 🙂 It was kind of weird. It was like they really took time with me when I had a question instead of hey we’re all busy, go ask the lead. That part was pretty cool and for me anyway it just inspired confidence that they were gonna take their time and take care in installation. Which they did do. Everything was left super clean and now the house is super quiet and we’re not using heater as much. I’d recommend them and the price was in my opinion surprisingly economical. I was afraid with how many jobs they did that they would just run go real fast and be gone. And that wasn’t the experience at all. Very surprising. Thank you, River City Windows.

We just had a window converted to a slider and a window in the kitchen resized to fit cabinets. From start to finish it was an easy process with RCW. The quote from Geoff was fast and very reasonable. Install day with Daniel and David was long and a lot of work but they did a great job!!! They were professional polite and paid attention to detail and worked non Stop. I would not have even known they were here it was spotless when they left. t’s not fun to spend money for new windows and I have procrastinated for 27 years, obtaining bids every 5 years from the well advertised window replacement companies, but River City Windows made it as painless as possible with a pleasant, low key presentation from the estimator, Geoff, to office staff follow up arranging and confirming the installation date, to efficient, meticulous installation by three charming brothers.
I especially appreciated the quick follow up to my phone calls. The morning after the installation I thought the windows were defective because there was condensation on several on the North side of the house. An urgent call to Geoff was immediately returned and he explained the moisture was on the outside - not within the two panes. And, although a different window company had said it was impossible to replace one window without disturbing a brick wall, River City replaced it effortlessly.
The price was midway between the least expensive and the most expensive. The additional cost was well worth the peace of mind from engaging such a professional company.

The team at River city Windows went above and beyond. I had a leaky Milgard sliding door that was out of warranty after 20 years. They observed that the previous owner had incorrectly installed the door. River City Windows was able to remove my old door, install proper flashing, and put in a new window. They handled the entire process. Other installers wouldn't touch a job with stucco repair. Glad that the leak is gone and this Milgard window should come with lifetime warranty.

I live in Santa Clara which is far from the River City Windows. However, I highly recommend people in the south bay check with River City Windows if they need window installers.
I got to know River City Windows from a window dealer’s recommendation. Originally, I did not have too many expectations from them since we are far from each other. I think River City Windows are quite efficient. You could indeed reach out to them via phone. Compared to my previous experience, the phone call always went to the voice mail box. It’s a big plus. Moreover, they are willing to provide a quote via phone. I like their transparency. Previously, the installer usually said they needed to come first before they could give a quote. Starting with the receptionist in their sales office, Geoff the sales guy, David and his brother who demo'd and installed the new windows...all were very professional and very helpful along the way.
I seeked out 3 companies to bid my project. River City Windows and one other were the only ones to respond. River City's bid was the lowest quote for a model window one up from a competitor. It was a now brainer for me to decide who to go with.
Once on the job, David and his team ensured everything was tarped off to capture all the debri, very methodical in their demo and installation process, and ensured everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. A phrase David told me "we treat your property as if it was our own". Love this!

Vlad did that “little extra” by replacing the wheels on the sliding glass door. He made sure the windows were sealed properly and was meticulous in cleaning up after the job. Working with River City Windows was a great experience. Our 3 door glass doors broke after 30 years and wouldn't shut. The quote response was quick and Geoff was good at explaining our options for replacement and measurement happened quickly after our approval of the quote.

This review is real and true. Mikhail the design consultant came to my home to measure my patio doors and give me a quote. He is a pro and knows his business but, not just that he gave me a reasonable price. Better than others and the big box stores!
About 3.5 weeks later the "Anlin" doors were ready for installation. The installers, David and Gregory, I can't say enough good things about them. River City Windows was great to work with- very responsive, understanding and accommodating of HOA requirements - and they replaced all the custom-sized windows and sliding glass door in my condo. Vlad did a great job with measurements and Dmitri and team managed some incredibly large, heavy windows & the enormous sliding glass door — which took 4 guys to lift up to the second floor. They were efficient, professional, highly competent, and even cleaned up & took the old windows away.
Already the amount of AC I’ve had to use in >100 temperatures is down significantly and I can much more easily open the large windows to get perfectly screened airflow when the temp comes down. I recommend their services highly.

My experience with RiverCity Windows was excellent - start to finish. The service was first rate. Everything was good, starting with the estimate, then the measurements and finally the installation. My installers, Dimitry and Andre, were very pleasant to work with. Dimitry explained the installation process before they began. When the work was finished they cleaned up the areas and rehung my blinds. Lastly we did a walk-through. We opened and closed each window and sliding door to ensure they worked properly. Great job.

Excellent service in the install of a new sliding door and window. The removals and installs were very fast and professional, these guys know what they’re doing and they do it extremely well. The area around both replacements were also cleaned up after the completion. I highly recommend.

I’m very happy with the results of my new windows. I received 5 estimates from different companies, and River City Windows was the only company that didn’t seem to want to cut corners. Geoff, our salesman, knew they would need to take out stucco around my one very authentic window, and the other companies insisted no. Cutting corners. Geoff was also very friendly, honest, and trustworthy. Additionally, when they took out the stucco, they went the extra mile to go pick up insulation and add it to the walls. Steve and his partner, Rebel, did an excellent job redoing the stucco. Milguard built 11 windows to replace my old, and they did a beautiful job maintaining the authenticity of this front window that was a 1939 original. Vadim, Mike, Wes, and I can’t remember the other guys name (sorry) all worked extremely hard and installed all 11 windows in one day. They were polite, friendly, and very accommodating. When the job was done, Wes came back to collect the check, make sure everything was up to par, and do a final cleaning of the windows. I would highly recommend this team and River City Windows.

Great experience from the time we walked into the showroom until the project was finished. We needed two of our patio doors replaced. They were able to come out within two days to measure and get the doors ordered and they were installed three weeks later. They sent four installers and both doors were replaced in about four hours. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend.

River City Windows is the best, from first visit to last. Mike was my contact. He measured the windows and answered questions, and also responded to my calls promptly. The price was definitely competitive. I never felt like there was any pressure to purchase. The folks in the office are helpful and friendly. I purchased four windows that were installed last week by Demetrius. He gave me a heads-up to let me know when to expect him, and he arrived promptly. River City had scheduled two days for the install, but a couple of hours after Demetrius arrived, I could see he'd finish in one day. The windows look beautiful! Demetrius explained how to open and close the windows, and he gave me the paperwork to get the warranty. He worked nonstop, and remained pleasant and friendly throughout. From the day salesman Geoff came out and gave me options and explained all the products, to scheduling, final measurement, to completion, these guys were awesome! Great communication from the front office as well! A crew of 3 showed up and went to work, then another crew of 2-3 showed up mid-way through and knocked it out. From the beginning to the end, the River City Window team was great. Geoff, David, Daniel, and Greg were respectful of my time, very professional, took care to clean up and be conscientious about being in my home. The office team was very responsive to my questions and helped me when I misunderstood something. Rivercity Windows did a great job on our windows and sliding glass door installation. Vlad completed the quote and he was very honest as well as knowledgeable. I appreciated not feeling like I was being pressured or lied to so they could increase sales. Not having to spend more money than I needed was also a plus. The salesperson Geff Volgenau was very nice and extremely knowledgeable regarding window information. We purchased the windows and in two weeks the installers arrived, and the windows were replaced in one day. The installers were very nice and very neat. There was no mess in the house when the install was complete, and they hauled off all the old windows and debris. I give this company 5 stars because the entire process was hassle free, professional, and it made our home look 20 years newer. I highly recommend Riverside Windows.

We are so glad we chose River City Windows for our window replacement. They were easy to work with from start to finish, and the entire process was pretty seamless. River City was also competitive with their pricing, which we appreciated. Everything was great about our experience with River City Windows. Mikhail provided a very professional presentation during the estimate process. We replaced 17 windows original to our home using River City Windows. We received 3 quotes and River City was by far the most affordable while also being the company we liked the best. Mikhail was wonderful during our quote, he answered all of our questions and was very thorough. The time between the measurement and scheduling of installation was only about 2 weeks. On installation day, they were running late but were kind enough to let us know and still managed to finish in 1 day. Dimitri was absolutely fantastic to work with on installation day.
The attention to detail was impressive, they even patched the screw holes from our old solar screens, pulled our alarm wires through each window and fixed our 2 sliding glass doors. Our sliders were so difficult to open and now they are like new! I would highly recommend using them to replace your windows and doors

This was our second job by River City Windows. We were so pleased with the results on our first four windows that we had them come back on replace all of the remaining windows in our house and our sliding glass door. Once again the entire process was efficient. The windows were installed across two days, at the end of each day the work site was spotless. We received several quotes in the area for our window replacement job. When we met with Mikhail for the initial quote he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and we just had a feeling that we would be in good hands if we chose to go with river city for the job. They are a family owned business as well which we really loved. Pricing was competitive and turn around time was super fast. From approving the quote to windows installed was just shy of 4 weeks. Dimitry and his crew did our installation and they were super efficient and easy to work with. They were in and out in 1 day. They kept the area very clean and tidied up after as well. We messed up a few areas of caulking and they were quick to fix it! He was very detailed and walked through the whole house window by window making sure everything was super clean and scratch free and showed us how the new windows functioned. The idea of replacing the windows in my house was very daunting. These guys made the process incredibly easy from the start and walked me through the process very clearly. We were able to split up the project into 3 phases so distribute the financial load a bit better and also received 0% financing on top of that. The installation team was incredibly professional and their craftsmanship is top tier. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to replacing the rest in my house!

First off let me say how extremely pleased I am with the service I received from River City Windows. From the beginning when Mike showed up to give me an estimate to the installation and to the finished product. Mike came out. I had an idea of what I wanted, but, listening to Mike, he knows windows more than I do. He recommended better products (things I never knew existed) and service that is unmatched. The entire River City Windows team is top notch and I love that they are family run and family focused. From our first visit with Mike to the install and subsequent visits, the team really stands behind their work, which was much more comprehensive and less expensive than other quotes we got. We had aluminum windows from the 80's that were in desperate need of upgrade so the team replaced the windows and all surrounding trim. The window install was much faster than I had anticipated and they are BEAUTIFUL. Initially, the trim work was not done to the same quality as the windows. The team was amazing at correcting this for us, making other above-and-beyond improvements, making everything perfect in the end. Any company that can admit work should have been completed "better" and take quick action to correct, is 10/10 in my book. I would recommend River City for any window needs!

Had half the windows in my home replaced. The staff at River City Windows was incredibly helpful. Geoff helped with the estimate and was able to get us what we wanted without breaking the bank. I had gotten several quotes for windows and decided to go with the River City Windows based on their reviews and pricing. Vadim & Wes where our installers and they were great! They showed up on time, left the house in good condition, and were very nice people. The windows look great and we’re very happy with their service. We haven’t had the windows long so I can circle back and leave an updated review after a year to see how the window hold up during the raining season and if there are any leaks or not.

The process of replacing all of the windows in the house was new to me. I got 3 quotes including one from River City Windows. After learning the process and the warranty on several brands I decided that we would get the Milgard windows. The price from River City Windows was very competitive.
The process was easy.
#1. They come out to see the job and give a quote.
#2. Second visit, confirm measurements and style. They confirm commitment and ordered the windows.
#3. The windows took about 5 weeks to fabricate. They came and installed them in two days.
The three man crew that came out was fantastic. After introduction they promptly went to work. They laid down tarps throughout the house, moved furniture, and removed existing blinds. They then reinstalled all blinds and washed all of the new windows.
The installers were kind to my two yappy dogs, making sure they did not run for the hills when they went inside and out.
Although I don't expect that I will need window replacement any time in the future, they would be my first and only call if I did.

Our house had aluminum windows, which were installed in the early 90’s. Since these windows were almost 30+ years old, they were barely functional for us. In the last two years, they also started to leak during cold or rainy weather and form mold along the window frames. Daniel and David did a tremendous job replacing four frame windows in my home. I initially had metal window frames, so water would leak in and it created mold but they did a tremendous job pushing the mold outside when they put up the new windows. I have used river city windows twice in the last few years to replace some old windows that were either broken or not sealing well. I have nothing but positive things to say. Mikhail is very efficient when he comes by for an estimate and doesn’t take more than half an hour to get in and out. On the day of the work, Daniel and David were very prompt and communicative. They include a white interior and exterior, Sun Matrix solar protection with argon gas, an easy-clean coating, weather-tight seals, and pull-tight cam locks. The screens are so subtle that they are almost invisible, but they are there when needed. From the first phone call through the finished installation, the River City Windows team was professional, helpful, and friendly. The secretary made a great first impression, and installers Daniel and David brought the same courtesy and care to the project. I had not realized how much effort goes into replacing old, unattractive, inefficient windows, but their meticulous work improved both the outside of my home and the rooms where the new windows were installed. The salesman came to my home, took the initial measurements, and showed me samples from two window brands that could be custom-made to replace my old aluminum-frame mobile home windows. He clearly explained the strengths of each option, which made the decision much easier. The installation exceeded my expectations and made the project simple and stress-free.
