Daniel and Vlad installed 13 windows, several window sills and a slider in our home yesterday. We had high expectations as River City Windows excellent reviews and the assessment & scheduling processes were seamless. Their level of professionalism from all positions was really refreshing as well. At the end of the day, we were blown away. These two gentlemen weren't just highly professional, considerate and friendly but they worked intently and precisely the entire day. They clearly take pride in their work and it showed. Our old windows were an eye sore due to aging and mold buildup around the frames. They felt pretty inefficient as well. Our new windows are now a point of difference in our home. Overall installation looks amazing and the windows seems sturdy and solid. The installers went the extra mile as well. The caulking and sealing is on point and they repaired blemishes around the window frame areas (drywall that was outside their scope of work). The windows and surrounding area absolutely stand out now and, unbelievably, there is no sign of the old mold and other blemishes in all areas worked on by Daniel and Vlad.

Whenever I called, I was immediately given a response to a question or immediately referred to someone who could. From the first visit to my home by Mikhail, I felt confident in their knowledge and when I received the estimate, which was much more competitive than others for the same product, I made a decision on the spot; the windows were ready to install in a very timely manner after that. When David and Mike showed up to install, they worked non-stop to get the job (my entire house) done in under eight hours, carefully checking themselves along the way and making sure the details were given attention. After the project was complete, David gave me instructions on the warranty and any paperwork, walked me through the house, showing how to work everything, and also how to get information on any follow up issues or questions. I would definitely recommend them!

David, Daniel, and Gregory came to our house and replaced 12 windows. The windows look clean and professional. Anytime, I asked a question, no matter who it was on the team. I could expect a long answer. 🙂 It was kind of weird. It was like they really took time with me when I had a question instead of hey we’re all busy, go ask the lead. That part was pretty cool and for me anyway it just inspired confidence that they were gonna take their time and take care in installation. Which they did do. Everything was left super clean and now the house is super quiet and we’re not using heater as much. I’d recommend them and the price was in my opinion surprisingly economical. I was afraid with how many jobs they did that they would just run go real fast and be gone. And that wasn’t the experience at all. Very surprising. Thank you, River City Windows.

We just had a window converted to a slider and a window in the kitchen resized to fit cabinets. From start to finish it was an easy process with RCW. The quote from Geoff was fast and very reasonable. Install day with Daniel and David was long and a lot of work but they did a great job!!! They were professional polite and paid attention to detail and worked non Stop. I would not have even known they were here it was spotless when they left. We still have finish work todo but am sure it will go smoothly.

$500 for a small window repair. It took a month from the time I reached out to the time the window was replaced. The technician came had to come out twice because he forgot tools.

t’s not fun to spend money for new windows and I have procrastinated for 27 years, obtaining bids every 5 years from the well advertised window replacement companies, but River City Windows made it as painless as possible with a pleasant, low key presentation from the estimator, Geoff, to office staff follow up arranging and confirming the installation date, to efficient, meticulous installation by three charming brothers.
I especially appreciated the quick follow up to my phone calls. The morning after the installation I thought the windows were defective because there was condensation on several on the North side of the house. An urgent call to Geoff was immediately returned and he explained the moisture was on the outside - not within the two panes. And, although a different window company had said it was impossible to replace one window without disturbing a brick wall, River City replaced it effortlessly.
The price was midway between the least expensive and the most expensive. The additional cost was well worth the peace of mind from engaging such a professional company.
The first month after installation P G & E notified me that my gas bill was in the lowest usage bracket while last winter it was in the highest bracket.

The team at River city Windows went above and beyond. I had a leaky Milgard sliding door that was out of warranty after 20 years. They observed that the previous owner had incorrectly installed the door. River City Windows was able to remove my old door, install proper flashing, and put in a new window. They handled the entire process. Other installers wouldn't touch a job with stucco repair. Glad that the leak is gone and this Milgard window should come with lifetime warranty.

I live in Santa Clara which is far from the River City Windows. However, I highly recommend people in the south bay check with River City Windows if they need window installers.
I got to know River City Windows from a window dealer’s recommendation. Originally, I did not have too many expectations from them since we are far from each other. But at that time, I was annoyed by south bay’s window installers. They either did not show up for the scheduled measurement or were not willing to provide quotes via phone. So I thought it was probably worth giving it a try.
I think River City Windows are quite efficient. You could indeed reach out to them via phone. Compared to my previous experience, the phone call always went to the voice mail box. It’s a big plus. Moreover, they are willing to provide a quote via phone. I like their transparency. Previously, the installer usually said they needed to come first before they could give a quote. Moreover, their quote is pretty competitive. I don’t know why the south bay’s window installers sometimes provide crazy expensive quotes.

Starting with the receptionist in their sales office, Geoff the sales guy, David and his brother who demo'd and installed the new windows...all were very professional and very helpful along the way.
I seeked out 3 companies to bid my project. River City Windows and one other were the only ones to respond. River City's bid was the lowest quote for a model window one up from a competitor. It was a now brainer for me to decide who to go with.
Once on the job, David and his team ensured everything was tarped off to capture all the debri, very methodical in their demo and installation process, and ensured everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. A phrase David told me "we treat your property as if it was our own". Love this!

5 star plus. River City Windows replaced 5 windows in my sunroom and did an excellent job. Their pricing was fair. They were prompt in doing the job after the duo pane glass was manufactured. Vlad did that “little extra” by replacing the wheels on the sliding glass door. He made sure the windows were sealed properly and was meticulous in cleaning up after the job. I would highly recommend River City Glass and will hire them again for future glass work.

Working with River City Windows was a great experience. Our 3 door glass doors broke after 30 years and wouldn't shut. The quote response was quick and Geoff was good at explaining our options for replacement and measurement happened quickly after our approval of the quote.

This review is real and true. Mikhail the design consultant came to my home to measure my patio doors and give me a quote. He is a pro and knows his business but, not just that he gave me a reasonable price. Better than others and the big box stores!
About 3.5 weeks later the "Anlin" doors were ready for installation. The installers, David and Gregory, I can't say enough good things about them. They were courteous and worked well together as a team. They didn't rush through the job but still got it done in a timely manner. They were meticulous and cleaned up, vacuumed up as well. Beautifully!! When finished, David explained on how to operate and the care of the doors.

About 3.5 weeks later the "Anlin" doors were ready for installation. The installers, David and Gregory, I can't say enough good things about them. They were courteous and worked well together as a team. They didn't rush through the job but still got it done in a timely manner. They were meticulous and cleaned up, vacuumed up as well. Beautifully!! When finished, David explained on how to operate and the care of the doors.

Vlad did an outstanding job carefully removing the solid window beside my front door where the seal had failed after 22 Years. He managed to remove the old window without nicking or disturbing any of the existing paint or boards. Quite remarkable! I would highly recommend Vlad for your window replacement or repairs!

River City Windows was great to work with- very responsive, understanding and accommodating of HOA requirements - and they replaced all the custom-sized windows and sliding glass door in my condo. Vlad did a great job with measurements and Dmitri and team managed some incredibly large, heavy windows & the enormous sliding glass door — which took 4 guys to lift up to the second floor. They were efficient, professional, highly competent, and even cleaned up & took the old windows away.
Already the amount of AC I’ve had to use in >100 temperatures is down significantly and I can much more easily open the large windows to get perfectly screened airflow when the temp comes down. I recommend their services highly.

My experience with RiverCity Windows was excellent - start to finish. The service was first rate. Everything was good, starting with the estimate, then the measurements and finally the installation. My installers, Dimitry and Andre, were very pleasant to work with. Dimitry explained the installation process before they began. When the work was finished they cleaned up the areas and rehung my blinds. Lastly we did a walk-through. We opened and closed each window and sliding door to ensure they worked properly. Great job.

I’m very happy with the results of my new windows. I received 5 estimates from different companies, and River City Windows was the only company that didn’t seem to want to cut corners. Geoff, our salesman, knew they would need to take out stucco around my one very authentic window, and the other companies insisted no. Cutting corners. Geoff was also very friendly, honest, and trustworthy. Additionally, when they took out the stucco, they went the extra mile to go pick up insulation and add it to the walls. Steve and his partner, Rebel, did an excellent job redoing the stucco. Milguard built 11 windows to replace my old, and they did a beautiful job maintaining the authenticity of this front window that was a 1939 original. Vadim, Mike, Wes, and I can’t remember the other guys name (sorry) all worked extremely hard and installed all 11 windows in one day. They were polite, friendly, and very accommodating. When the job was done, Wes came back to collect the check, make sure everything was up to par, and do a final cleaning of the windows. I would highly recommend this team and River City Windows.

Great experience from the time we walked into the showroom until the project was finished. We needed two of our patio doors replaced. They were able to come out within two days to measure and get the doors ordered and they were installed three weeks later. They sent four installers and both doors were replaced in about four hours. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend.

River City Windows is the best, from first visit to last. Mike was my contact. He measured the windows and answered questions, and also responded to my calls promptly. The price was definitely competitive. I never felt like there was any pressure to purchase. The folks in the office are helpful and friendly. I purchased four windows that were installed last week by Demetrius. He gave me a heads-up to let me know when to expect him, and he arrived promptly. River City had scheduled two days for the install, but a couple of hours after Demetrius arrived, I could see he'd finish in one day. The windows look beautiful! We purchased the windows and in two weeks the installers arrived, and the windows were replaced in one day. The installers were very nice and very neat. We replaced 17 windows original to our home using River City Windows. We received 3 quotes and River City was by far the most affordable while also being the company we liked the best. Mikhail was wonderful during our quote, he answered all of our questions and was very thorough. The time between the measurement and scheduling of installation was only about 2 weeks. On installation day, they were running late but were kind enough to let us know and still managed to finish in 1 day. Dimitri was absolutely fantastic to work with on installation day.

We received several quotes in the area for our window replacement job. When we met with Mikhail for the initial quote he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and we just had a feeling that we would be in good hands if we chose to go with river city for the job. They are a family owned business as well which we really loved. Pricing was competitive and turn around time was super fast. From approving the quote to windows installed was just shy of 4 weeks. Dimitry and his crew did our installation and they were super efficient and easy to work with. They were in and out in 1 day. They kept the area very clean and tidied up after as well. We messed up a few areas of caulking and they were quick to fix it! The idea of replacing the windows in my house was very daunting. These guys made the process incredibly easy from the start and walked me through the process very clearly. We were able to split up the project into 3 phases so distribute the financial load a bit better and also received 0% financing on top of that. The installation team was incredibly professional and their craftsmanship is top tier. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to replacing the rest in my house!

First off let me say how extremely pleased I am with the service I received from River City Windows. From the beginning when Mike showed up to give me an estimate to the installation and to the finished product. Mike came out. Did his measurements talk to me about the windows and explained the process. He was not a pushy salesman which I really appreciated. From the time I signed to the install was roughly 3 weeks. On the Installation date, Daniel David and Gregory showed up on time and were extremely polite. They got straight to work, kept everything as clean as possible, cleaned as they went and cleaned up when they were finished. I was impressed with the work they did but even more impressed with how meticulous they were with the little details. These three guys were fantastic. I had all my windows replaced along with my patio slider and front door. I would highly recommend River City Windows , if you are looking to replace any windows or doors in your home. Great great customer service. We had a great experience with River City Windows. From the initial quote to installation took 5 weeks, which exceeded our expectations. We ordered 8 windows, a patio slider door, and a front door. Dimitry and Andre did excellent work removing the old windows/doors while taking care not to damage the stucco...and installed the new windows/doors, all in one day. They were also polite and respectful, and answered ALL of our questions! I highly recommend you give them a call if you are in need of new windows and/or doors!

Wow this company was fantastic and easy to work with. Simple basement window upgrade. They held my hand through the whole process and I got exactly what I wanted. Cheapest quote I got and their workmanship was great. They replaced the old framing and it looks brand new! They even painted everything for me. The entire River City Windows team is top notch and I love that they are family run and family focused. From our first visit with Mike to the install and subsequent visits, the team really stands behind their work, which was much more comprehensive and less expensive than other quotes we got. We had aluminum windows from the 80's that were in desperate need of upgrade so the team replaced the windows and all surrounding trim. The window install was much faster than I had anticipated and they are BEAUTIFUL. Initially, the trim work was not done to the same quality as the windows. The team was amazing at correcting this for us, making other above-and-beyond improvements, making everything perfect in the end. Any company that can admit work should have been completed "better" and take quick action to correct, is 10/10 in my book. I would recommend River City for any window needs!

Had half the windows in my home replaced. The staff at River City Windows was incredibly helpful. Geoff helped with the estimate and was able to get us what we wanted without breaking the bank. They showed up on time, left the house in good condition, and were very nice people. The windows look great and we’re very happy with their service. We haven’t had the windows long so I can circle back and leave an updated review after a year to see how the window hold up during the raining season and if there are any leaks or not.

The process of replacing all of the windows in the house was new to me. I got 3 quotes including one from River City Windows. After learning the process and the warranty on several brands I decided that we would get the Milgard windows. The price from River City Windows was very competitive.

Our house had aluminum windows, which were installed in the early 90’s. Since these windows were almost 30+ years old, they were barely functional for us. Daniel and David did a tremendous job replacing four frame windows in my home. I initially had metal window frames, so water would leak in and it created mold but they did a tremendous job pushing the mold outside when they put up the new windows.
